Ilona began Middle Eastern dance training in 1998. Her immediate love of the music and movements led her to study and experience the many styles of belly dance.
Over the years she has performed regularly for popular restaurants, private functions, weddings, multi-cultural events and celebrations.
As a belly dance instructor she has motivated women, teens and children to wiggle and shake their way to a healthier life.

Ilona's classes are all about fun. Students will learn various styles of belly dance with an emphasis on technique and improvisation.
Lessons are held in a relaxed atmosphere and are always adapted to students abilities and needs. All classes include a yoga inspired warm up, functional strength exercises, movement drills and stretch.
All ages and shapes are welcome. No previous dance experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing that shows the body line and bring a scarf to tie around your hips. Classes are done barefoot.
Intermediate classes require veil and cymbals.
ABOUT YOUR CLASS
Gentle Level asana based classes offered.
Postures, Breath Techniques, Relaxation and Concentration are the focus of this class.
Class sizes are small and are always adapted to student's needs and abilities. No pretzel zone.
This is an excellent class for students new to yoga.
Please wear comfy clothing and bring a mat. Classes are practiced barefoot.
